When the customer has paid their bill, they are asked to leave NPS feedback for the venue. This uses the standard NPS wording 'How likely is it that you would recommend this restaurant to a friend or colleague?' and the customer has the option of 1-10. This is then scored in the standard NPS fashion- you can read more about this here.
To view the NPS report:
- Log into HQ
- Click into Feedback
The all-time NPS score for the venue will appear at the top, however, you can use the filter option to view certain dates. You can also compare dates by using the compare option on the right side of the page.
